As skin care keeps evolving and changing, Kruidvat decided to introduce a new range with Q10 and vitamin C. This combination reduces the signs of fatigue and the first wrinkles and makes your skin more even and fresh.

Q10 is a substance that your own skin creates to produce energy in the skin cells. Vitamin C aids the production of collagen for a smooth and firm skin structure.

The day cream is a bit on the heavier side but is quickly absorbed by the skin. The mild SPF makes it, for me, a great winter cream when my skin is a bit drier and the sun is barely shining.
The night cream is super light and truly amazing to put on after a hot bath or shower. I can truly feel the difference in the morning between using the cream and forgetting it.
The eye cream is also super light and great for sensitive eyes. My eyes never water after using it so I'm really loving it. You only need a tiny bit so the tube lasts for quite a while!

Part two of getting out of my comfort zone is getting some real make-up tools to apply the eyeshadow I decided to buy.

As I was going for quality and I had heard so much about Real Techniques, I decided to give them a go. Not that I would really know if they are 'okay' or 'good' but as long as the hairs don't fall out while using, like I had with the cheap ones I bought forever ago, I'd say they are pretty good.

My eye immediately fell on the Bold Metals collection. How gorgeous are these brushes?! They are shiny, metallic and white. every Instagramgirls dream, am I right?
It took me a while to use them though because I didn't want to ruin them by using them. Silly me, I can't just buy them and just make them be pretty on my desk.

The Spotlight Essential Set consists of a copper metallic brush for highlighting and sculpting the cheeks, a gold metallic brush to highlight the top of your cheeckbones and to more easily contour around eyes, nose and chin thanks to the triangle form and than a silver metallic brush for blending into the crease and eyelid.
This set came with a gorgeous white leather(-like?) roll and cost € 32,91.

The Complete Eye Set consists of an oval shadow brush for the overall application of eyeshadow, a pointed crease brush for the more precise application in the crease, an angled liner to apply eyeliner and a tapered shadow brush for blending.
This set came in a metallic silver roll that fits perfectly with the collection and cost € 33,69.

I always get so excited when Zoella is bringing out new products!
What scent will she go for this time? What products will she launch? Will I like it?

She always goes for something that she is obsessed with for her range and this time is no different. Big leaves, green but still with a little touch of girly pink, it's everything you've seen in her latest vlogs.

She went for a very fresh scent of coconut and lychee for all the bath products and I can't wait to start using it! It's so summery, really perfect for the heat we've been having.
The body mist, a regular product I always look forward to, contains floral scents of freesia and iris. Very fresh and flowery, a smell I really love as I'm not into sweet scents.
I honestly think this is my favourite scent of all her ranges.

You can always expect a nice body wash, body cream and anything that makes your bathing time a full experience. If you know Zoe Sugg, you know she loves taking baths and she loves to share that with her followers.

I was surprised that she brought out a lip oil, but it actually came at the perfect moment. I was planning to buy one because I have been using lip balm but it hadn't been helping and I see it as a more winter product. The tip of the applier is so soft! It almost tickles my lips when applying, haha. The oil contains sweet almond, jojoba and argan oil, all super nourishing and vaguely smells of cherries.

Her packaging is always so on point. Simple but practical, and the prints aren't too bold. Right up my alley!
One product I'm not sure of is the bath milk.It's in a little tear package, which kinda reminds me of something that would hold a face mask. I'm not really sure if this is the most practical as the content could fall out after one use if you don't use all of it in one time (which I probably wouldn't).
But other than that, I love everything!

Ever since I've had my own place, I've been into interiors. I just love to look at different possibilities and think of how I can input this into my own home.

Sometimes it's really hard to find something online, because we all know how pictures can deceive. For furniture, I always prefer to take a look at it in real life and really try it out.
Furnified, the Belgian furniture webshop, understood this an opened two showrooms in Amsterdam and Antwerp. But for people like me who don't live on that side of the country, it's quite far. So you can imagine how excited I got when I heard about a pop-up shop opening in Brussels!

I had a little browse online and these are some of the items I'd love to check out!

Furnified is a very young brand. It was created in 2015 and combines vintage, design and originality into one for quite a reasonable price. It's also important to note that everything is made 'in house' with quality products.

Je bent jong en je wil wat. Maar wat wil je nu precies? Ben je wel blij met waar je nu staat? Is dit het dan? Iedereen lijkt zijn leven op orde te hebben behalve jij. Dit zijn een aantal gevoelens waar Femke Kamps (26) mee worstelde tijdens haar quarterlife crisis. Zij besloot er tegen te vechten en kwam er sterker dan ooit uit met een eigen boek én twee youtube-webseries.

Femke Kamps is freelance editor en online content writer voor onder andere Cosmopolitan en Apple en heeft al jaren een eigen blog Younique. In 2016 kwam ze zichzelf tegen in een quarterlife crisis maar ze bleef niet bij de pakken zitten en bracht Fuck the quarterlife crisis uit.

Hoe is het idee ontstaan om hier een boek over te schrijven?
Het is eigenlijk heel natuurlijk gegaan. In 2016 toen ik niet lekker in mijn vel zat, ben ik voor mezelf langzaam maar zeker mijn gedachten op een rijtje gaan zetten. Waar loop ik tegenaan, wat speelt er zich in mijn hoofd af en tot welke inzichten ben ik al gekomen met behulp van mijn coach. Gaandeweg dit schrijfproces heb ik veel gepraat met vriendinnen en leeftijdsgenoten en toen merkte ik dat heel veel mensen met dezelfde gedachten rondliepen. Ook zij hadden het gevoel dat het altijd beter kon, dat ze niet goed genoeg waren, dat er enorm veel prestatiedruk was. Toen groeide het idee om iets te doen met mijn crisis en om uit te zoeken waar het vandaan komt, waarom zoveel jonge mensen last hebben van burnout, stress en andere mentale problemen. Ik ben verschillende experts gaan interviewen en dacht dat het wel een interessant boek zou kunnen worden dankzij de combinatie van mijn persoonlijke ervaringen en de antwoorden van de experts. Aan de ene kant heb je dan de herkenning van mijn verhalen en aan de andere kant heb je er meteen de verklaring bij.
Het was voor mij ook een vorm van therapie om het van mij af te kunnen schrijven, actief aan de slag te gaan met die gedachten en nieuwe inzichten te verkrijgen door die interviews.

Wat zou je met je boek willen bereiken?
Het is belangrijk dat iedereen zich in het boek kan herkennen, op wat voor manier dan ook. Dat het de erkenning geeft dat je niet de enige bent die een negatief stemmetje heeft dat zegt dat alles beter kan. Ik wil doorbreken dat alles zo perfect lijkt. Mensen hebben bij mij ook heel erg het idee dat ik alles voor mekaar heb met een leuke vriend, een huis en een leuke baan. Ergens klopt dit wel maar anderzijds heb ook ik last van dat kritische stemmetje, onzekere gedachten en die prestatiedruk. Als het goed gaat, is de druk net om het vast te houden want als je dan faalt, lijkt het nog erger. Ik wil met mijn boek meegeven dat je vaak maar één kant van iemands leven ziet, dat je niet mag vergeten dat er ook een andere kant is.
Tijdens dit hele proces heb ik ook ontdekt wat ik belangrijk vind, namelijk mensen helpen, impact maken en iets van waarde toevoegen aan het leven van mensen. Op mijn eigen manier kan ik dit dankzij mijn boek doen en ik durf wel zeggen dat ik daar trots op ben. Het geeft mij voldoening en ik word er echt blij van.

Was het moeilijk om zo openhartig te zijn en je problemen met onbekenden te delen?
Ja en nee. In het begin schreef ik voor mezelf en toen voelde het niet raar of moeilijk om er over te schrijven, maar nu het boek uit is vind ik het soms wel moeilijker. Door zoveel te vertellen stel je jezelf kwetsbaar op en dat is eng omdat mensen een mening over je gaan vormen die niet altijd positief is.
Zo gaf ik een tijdje geleden een interview voor RTL Nieuws (nieuwszender in Nederland, nvdr.) en daar zijn mijn woorden uit hun context getrokken waardoor ik neergezet werd als een typetje. Ik raakte zogezegd al in paniek omdat mijn instagramfeed niet perfect was. Dat je nooit in de hand hebt hoe iemand je woorden gaat interpreteren vind ik het moeilijkste. Gelukkig zijn de meeste reacties wel positief en dat is waar ik het voor doe, voor de jonge mannen en vrouwen die zich herkennen in mijn boek.
Wat ik vooral moeilijk vond was om alles terug te lezen. Ik kan mij gewoon niet meer voorstellen dat ik me zo slecht voelde of zo “ongelukkig” was.

Wat is nu voor jou de perfecte definitie van een quarterlife crisis die zo in een woordenboek zou kunnen staan?
Voor mij is de quarterlife crisis het moment dat het enige dat je zeker weet is dat je niets meer zeker weet. Een quarterlife crisis is eigenlijk een existentiële crisis voor twintigers, zoals de midlife crisis voor vijftigers is. Het is het moment waarop je gaat nadenken over je eigen leven en beseft dat je je daar toch niet zo prettig bij voelt.

Wat zijn nu de verschillen tussen een quarterlife crisis en een burnout?
Een quarterlife crisis is een existentiële crisis waarbij je mentaal met jezelf in de knoop zit en gewoon niet weet wat je wilt.
Een burnout is wanneer je echt over al je grenzen heen bent. Je voelt je mentaal en fysiek uitgebrand, je bent uitgeput en zelfs een boterham smeren kan al te veel zijn. Je voelt je als een soort lege huls.
Natuurlijk zijn er overlappingen tussen de burnout en de quarterlife crisis, zoals hyperventilatie en niet lekker in je vel zitten. Ik zie het een beetje als twee eilandjes die af en toe zand naar elkaar gooien. Het is heel lastig om de grens te zien, mensen zeggen soms tegen mij ‘oh, maar jij hebt toch een burnout gehad?’ maar zo mag ik het echt niet noemen. Ik kon nog gewoon aan het werk en verder gaan met wat ik aan het doen was. Je kunt relatief snel uit een quarterlife crisis komen als je met jezelf aan de slag gaat, maar bij een burnout kan het jaren duren voor je energiepeil weer normaal is.

Je vermeldt in je boek een aantal eyeopeners die je geholpen hebben tijdens je crisis. Wat was voor jou de les die je het meest geholpen heeft?
Ik had altijd het gevoel dat ik iets moest worden dat goed genoeg was, dat ik constant moest streven naar nog beter, naar nog meer succes. Een van de lessen die mij heeft geholpen om daar overheen te komen is het advies dat Aranka van der Voorden (oprichter van Jogha, Fitgirlcode en Pretty Ambitous, nvdr.) geeft aan haar twintigjarige zelf: ‘We zijn opgevoed met het idee dat we alles kunnen worden wat we willen als we maar hard genoeg werken. Het gevolg daarvan is dat we alles moeten kunnen, alles moeten doen en alles moeten zijn’. Deze uitspraak vond ik heel confronterend omdat het voor mij ook zo voelde. Ik had steeds het gevoel dat er altijd een vlak was in mijn leven waarop ik het beter kon doen. Vanaf dat moment ben ik mezelf gaan voorhouden dat waar ik nu sta goed genoeg is. Dat ik niet steeds moet willen rennen en vliegen naar het volgende en dat ik moet genieten van wat ik al heb bereikt.

Je bent ook begonnen met twee youtube-webseries, was dit al de bedoeling of is het idee pas later gekomen?
Het idee voor de eerste webserie ‘Advies aan je twintigjarige zelf’ is ontstaan toen mijn boek al bijna naar de drukker was. Ik werd ’s ochtends wakker met het idee om de vrouwen uit mijn boek ook op video advies te laten geven aan hun twintigjarige zelf. Het leek mij interessant om op die manier mijn boek te promoten én de vrouwen uit het boek in de schijnwerpers te plaatsen. In mijn boek is het maar een tekstje en op deze manier krijgen ze een podium om hun prachtige boodschappen luider te verkondigen. ‘Op de bank bij de youtube-psycholoog’ is pas een paar maanden voor het boek echt uitkwam ontstaan. Het thema moest nog toegankelijker en nog bespreekbaarder worden. Daarvoor wou ik weer samenwerken met burnout-coach Kirsten Nelis, ze heeft ook meegewerkt aan het boek en het was het een logische stap om haar hiervoor te benaderen.

Wat is nu jouw advies aan je twintigjarige zelf?
Het klinkt misschien heel vaag, maar mijn advies is ‘laat het maar gebeuren’. Laat het leven op je afkomen en je kunt het allemaal wel aan. Alles wat er gebeurd is, mijn quarterlife crisis, heeft een reden gehad. Het heeft mij gebracht tot waar ik nu ben, het boek en contact met verschillende mensen die ik anders nooit ontmoet zou hebben. Ik zou niets veranderen aan wat er gebeurd is. Door hard te werken en door die drukte heb ik al veel bereikt. Ook al is het niet altijd goed voor me geweest, ik heb wel veel geleerd. Ondanks de dieptepunten ben ik blij met waar ik nu sta en waardeer ik het allemaal ook veel meer dan een paar jaar geleden.

It's Christmas time! Christmas is starting to become my favourite holiday. All the lights, the cozyness and of course being together with family.

Now Zoe Sugg, she is like the Christmas Queen. She goes all out with her decorations and of course her Christmas range has it all. Lots of items to really enjoy a relaxing prep time before the busy family dinners. Tons of fizzers, bubbles, milks, some nice washes and of course the lotions and butters for after your bath.

This year's range is named Snowella, and I just love that name! It's playful but totally in sync with the theme and it also kind of makes me think of some Disney princess.

The colours are very soft and right up my alley; white, soft pink and grey. Which are the exact colours of my scarf and bobble hat!

I especially loved the tea bags, the packaging is so original! They are real little tea bags you pop in your bath, it's pretty cool.

The range smells of peony, winter cranberry and mint. It's fresh because of the mint but also kind of sweet. I didn't know what to expect from this mix and couldn't immediately see it as a winter scent, but upon smelling I really really loved it. It's honestly the perfect mix for winter!

Until now I have only tried the body polish but it's so amazing! The cream immediately gets soaked into my skin, even when I use way too much. Long live non sticky cream!

I recently decided to try some new things and one of those things was eyeshadow.
All I used to do was my lips and some mascara but as I'm growing older - I'm 25 now! - I think it's time to get out of my comfort zone.

I originally wanted the Morphe Brushes Fall Into Frost palette, but it's kinda out of stock everywhere. When I saw this palette coming by as I was browsing Youtube, I was sold! The colours are so beautiful! And as everyone was kinda raving about it... I bought it.

It wasn't the cheapest palette to start experimenting with, I paid €49 euros, but I thought, heck, let's just do it right from the beginning. Let's go for quality straight away.
And as I do know that Anastasia Beverly Hills is good quality make-up, I didn't quite hesitate.

The palette comes with some pretty packaging as well. It's very simple, not too much fuss, just a gorgeous pastel velvet palette. It also comes with a little mirror, always handy when applying make-up, and a little double-ended brush. I have been using this brush as I don't own any others and I have to say, for a first brush, it's not that bad! Apply with one end and blend with the other, easy peasy!

The colours are very creamy but also a tad powdery, so there is some fallout when applying. Nonetheless, they are super pigmented so even with that fallout, you have enough to work with.

I haven't used it a lot yet, but the times I did, I'm quite pleased! The colours are gorgeous and do stay on all day. As soon as I feel confident enough - I've never used eyeshadow before so I don't really know what I'm doing haha - , I might show you some looks!

What was your first real make-up buy?

ABSOLUTION L'Eau Soir et Matin is a cleaning and purifying water for eyes and face. The active parts of the organic formula drain cells and tone the epidermis. The essential oil of helicry is purifying, soothing and also favorises the blood circulation. The hazelnut oil purifies and softens the epidermis while the potassium is responsible for regulating the exchanges between cells. The aloe vera, flower of witch-hazel and rose hydrolate moisturise the skin. After using the water, the skin is brighter, healthier and ready to receive a moisturising treatment.
The water is very refreshing and my skin feels very clean after using it. I also use it as a make-up remover and it does the trick as well as a normal remover. I do really have to use another cream afterwards because it kinda dries out my skin if I don't. I do like this for the cleansing part, but I would prefer a cleaning/purifying water that wouldn't need some other product afterwards. (Yes, I'm lazy, haha).

The amika Nourishing Mask is a ultra nourishing mask that doesn't weigh down your hair. The mask repairs forked hair ends and restores the shine and flexibility of the hair.
I'm kinda excited to try this amika product as last time I wasn't really a fan and it wasn't really for me.
OMG yes, I LOVE this. My hair felt so amazing afterwards! I also have the feeling it made my colour a little lighter, blonder. But that might have been the lighting. But let's just say it was this. This is definetely my favourite product of this box.

The base of the anatomicals Citrus Body Scrub is grapefruit and is perfect to eliminate impurities and dead cells which results in soft and silky skin.
As I really loved the coconut and mango lotion, I was very excited to try this one!
I always find body scrubs a bit weird to use. Like, when do I use this? Just before I get in the shower or just after I get in? So I tried both. I don't really have the feeling this did anything to my skin. Maybe it's because my skin is already very soft, but anyways, not really for me. The perfume is very soft, I wouldn't have mind it being a little stronger so that it would linger a bit.

ModelCo Lipstick in the colour Kitty is a long lasting non-sticky hydrating lipstick.
The colour is a sober rose, very nude but prettier than my natural colour.
At first I thought it wasn't going to be visible, but when I changed rooms to check it in different light, I thought it was really pretty. They also didn't lie about the creamy texture, because it is very creamy and hydrating. I think this might become one of my faves to just throw on everyday.

Ren V-Cense Revitalising Night Cream has an effective anti-aging complex that is derived from the bark of the Boswella Serrata. The bark acts on the muscles and smoothens wrinkles and fine lines. The Vitamin C from the oranges of Calabria brings a maximum of radiance and stimulates the production of collagen. While you are resting and having your beauty sleep, the cream acts intensively on cell renewal, regeneration and makes it gain vitality and smoothness.
This cream is very good for these cold days. It's a bit thicker than the ones I've used before so better suited for winter. The cream is very good, very moisturising, my skin feels very soft when I wake up. The perfume is a little less my thing, it kinda reminds me of some old people cream. But the smell is very soft so it does go away quite rapidly.

The amika Nourishing Mask is een super voedend masker dat je haar niet verzwaart. Het masker herstelt gespleten punten en herstelt de glans en flexibiliteit van je haar.
Ik heb echt zin om dit amika product uit te proberen aangezien ik de laatste keer niet echt fan was en het niet echt voor mij was.
OMG yes, I LOVE this. Mijn haar voelde zo goed! Ik heb ook het gevoel dat het mijn haar lichter maakte, blonder. Maar dat was misschien het licht. Maar laten we gewoon zeggen dat het dit was. Dit is zeker weten mijn favoriete product van deze box.

Ik heb niet echt het gevoel dat dit iets deed met mijn huid. Misschien is het omdat ik al een heel zachte huid heb, maar in elk geval, dit is niet echt iets voor mij. Het parfum is heel zacht, het zou mij niet storen als het wat sterker was zodat het een beetje zou blijven hangen.

ModelCo Lipstick in de kleur Kitty is een landurige niet-plakkende hydraterende lipstick.
De kleur is een sober roze, dus een nude maar mooier dan mijn natuurlijke kleur.
In het begin dacht ik dat het niet zichtbaar ging zijn, maar toen ik van kamer veranderde om het te bekijken in een ander licht, vond ik het echt mooi. Ze hebben niet gelogen over de romige textuur, want hij is echt romig en hydraterend. Ik denk dat dit een van mijn favorieten kan worden om gewoon elke dag aan te doen.

De crème is heel goed, heel hydraterend, mijn huid voelt heel zacht wanneer ik opsta. Het parfum is iets minder mijn ding, het doet mij een beetje denken aan een of andere oude mensen crème. Maar de geur is heel zacht en gaat dus vrij snel weg.

My first thought was: “This is where I have to be for wedding rings!”. And no sooner said than done. During the summer of 2015, I made an appointment with Hanne to take a look. But from that little look came more. My husband – oh my god, still sounds so crazy – and I were completely enthusiastic.

Hanne is a normal and very nice woman, not eccentric like some designers, who takes the time to get to know you a little bit and show you what she has to offer. On the table in her office are two displays with different rings that show you all the possibilities. The rings are made entirely to your wishes. You pick the material, the color, the finish and any details.

We chose two rings that have mostly the same finish, but different colors and width. Both rings are silver with a cross hammered structure, coarse brushed satin finish and straight shiny sides. But my ring is 3,5 mm and not oxidized, my hubby’s ring is 5 mm, black oxidized and brushed a bit. These little differences make our rings a little bit more personal and unique and show that we are different persons with different tastes but that we also have some things in common.
We also decided to engrave each other’s names.

Our experience with Hanne is very positive. She’s very friendly, let’s you free to choose what you want, but gives you some tips to help you on the way. She also didn’t have any issues with showing us some different kinds of finish, she would then walk back and forth between the office and the atelier – which is just behind the house – to alter a part of a ring from the display a bit and show us the difference.
Her prices are also very correct, her jewelry is not overpriced at all – something we were a bit afraid of since she does everything herself. We are really very happy with our rings, they are so beautiful and we're ready to wear them for the rest of our lives.

Since November 6^th of 2015 Hanne also has a little store, Wijngaardstraat 19 in Antwerp. There she shows some examples of her jewelry, because she also makes normal rings, earrings. If you are looking for a nice little piece of jewelry, I would recommend you to pay her a little visit! I know I will definitely go back.

Tijdens de persdagen van Marnix & Ally voor FW15, is mijn oog gevallen op de juwelen van Hanne Schoofs. Simpel, elegant maar vooral ook origineel in hun eenvoud.
Mijn eerste gedachte was: “Hier moet ik zijn voor trouwringen!”. En zo gezegd, zo gedaan. Tijdens de zomer van 2015 heb ik een afspraak gemaakt bij Hanne om eens een kijkje te nemen. Maar van dat kijkje kwam al snel meer. Mijn echtgenoot – oh my god, ik vind het nog steeds zo gek klinken – en ik waren helemaal enthousiast.

Hanne is een heel normale en super vriendelijke vrouw, niet excentriek zoals je soms hebt bij ontwerpers, die rustig de tijd neemt om je even te leren kennen en je te laten zien wat ze allemaal te bieden heeft. Op het tafeltje in haar kantoortje staan twee displays met verschillende ringen waarmee ze laat zien wat er allemaal mogelijk is. De ringen worden namelijk helemaal naar jouw wensen gemaakt. Je kiest het materiaal, de kleur, de afwerking en de eventuele details.

Wij hebben gekozen voor twee ringen met grotendeels dezelfde afwerking, maar in verschillende kleuren en verschillende breedtes. Beide ringen zijn zilver met een dwars gehamerde structuur, gesatineerde grof geborstelde afwerking en rechte blinkende zijkanten. Mijn ring is echter 3,5 mm breed en niet gerodieerd, de ring van mijn kersverse hubby is 5 mm, zwartgerodieerd en een beetje geborsteld. Die kleine verschillen maken onze ringen toch wat persoonlijker en unieker en laten zien dat we verschillende personen zijn met verschillende smaken maar ook dat we dingen gemeenschappelijk hebben.
We hebben ook besloten om ze te laten graveren met elkaars naam.

Onze ervaring met Hanne was heel erg positief. Ze is heel vriendelijk, laat je vrij om zelf wat te kiezen, maar geeft wel wat tips om je op weg te helpen. Ze maakte er ook geen enkel punt van om ons wat verschillende afwerkingen ter plekke te laten zien, ze liep dan even heen en weer naar haar atelier – dat zich achter het huis bevindt - om een deel van een ring van het display wat aan te passen en ons op die manier het verschil te laten zien.
Haar prijzen zijn ook heel correct, je betaalt je absoluut niet blauw – waar wij toch een beetje bang voor waren aangezien ze alles zelf deed. We zijn echt heel gelukkig met onze ringen, ze zijn zo prachtig en we zijn klaar om ze de rest van ons leven te dragen.

Sinds 6 november 2015 heeft Hanne ook een winkeltje, Wijngaardstraat 19 in Antwerpen. Daar staan wat voorbeelden van haar juwelen, want ze maakt namelijk niet alleen trouwringen maar ook gewone ringen, oorringen. Indien je op zoek bent naar een leuk juweeltje, raad ik je zeker aan om eens langs te gaan! Ik weet alleszins al dat ik zeker nog eens terugga.

Davines Nourishing Shampoo and Nourishing Hair Building Pak are specifically for dry and damaged hair. Well, my hair isn't either of those, but I still wanted to try them out.
They both smell a bit citrusy, which I quite like. Usually when I use shampoo that isn't for my hair type, it tends to get greasy quite quickly. To my big surprise, it didn't happen with this one! It might be because it's quite a natural shampoo without parabens and sulphates, but I really liked it.
The hair building pak is a mask that brings flexibility and shine to your hair. As my hair isn't damaged, I don't really notice any extra shine. But it doesn't grease my hair either, so that is a good sign. The only downside I see is that you have to leave it on for 10 minutes, which is quite long.

DHC Deep Cleansing Oil cleanses your skin of all its impurities and also works as a make-up remover. You simply dab it a few times into your hands and then massage it into your skin for about 40 seconds. Rinse with water, don't rub, just rinse, and tadaa!
I'm always a bit hesitant to use oils because I'm afraid it will be greasy and make my skin greasy and give me spots. Well, I keep on being surprised, because yet again this isn't like that at all. I really love this product! My skin feels so clean and fresh. I just have to get used to taking 30 seconds more in the morning. I always forget how non time-consuming this oil is.

Whish Body Butter contains only organic ingredients. The body butter leaves your skin soft, hydrated and with a persistent fragrance.
I have to say, it's all true. Soft and hydrated skin for quite a while and the fragrance is very persistent. I got the almond one, and while I usually don't mind that smell, it's a tad too strong for me in this body butter. The smell does softens after a while and then I like it a lot. But after just putting it on, it really is too strong for me. So, I think I might just use it on my legs and not so much on the upper body parts.

IBY Beauty Angles blush brush is well, a blush brush. They made this in a pink version for this box, they are black usually, and I have to say, even though I'm not of a pink kinda girl, I do like this a lot. Also, so soft!

De meesten onder jullie weten dat oktober borstkankermaand is. Om mensen bewust te maken van deze verschrikkelijke ziekte, en andere kankers, is de oktober box van Birchbox helemaal roze.

Davines Nourishing Shampoo en Nourishing Hair Building Pak zijn specifiek for droog en beschadigd haar. Wel, mijn haar is geen van beide, maar ik wou ze toch uitproberen.
Beiden ruiken een beetje citrusachtig, wat ik wel lekker vind. Gewoonlijk wanneer ik shampoo gebruik die niet voor mijn haartype is, heeft het de neiging om vrij snel vettig te worden. Tot mijn grote verrassing, is dat niet gebeurd! Het is misschien omdat het een vrij natuurlijke shampoo is zonder parabenen en sulfaten, maar ik vond het echt leuk.
Het hair building pak is een masker dat soepelheid en glans aan je haar geeft. Aangezien mijn haar niet beschadigd is, heb ik niet echt extra glans opgemerkt. Maar het maakt mijn haar ook niet vettig, dus dat is een goed teken. Het enige nadeel dat ik zie, is dat je het 10 minuten moet laten inwerken, wat vrij lang is.

DHC Deep Cleansing Oil verwijdert alle onzuiverheden van je huid en het werkt ook als make-up verwijderaar. Je schudt het een paar keer in je hand en masseert het dan in je huid gedurende ongeveer 40 seconden. Spoel met water, niet wrijven, enkel spoelen, en tadaa!
Ik twijfel altijd een beetje om olies te gebruiken omdat ik bang ben dat het vettig zal zijn en mijn huid vettig zal maken en mij dus puistjes zal geven. Ik blijf maar verrast worden, want ook deze keer is het helemaal niet het geval. Ik hou echt van dit product! Mijn huid voelt zo proper en fris. Ik moet enkel gewoon worden aan die extra 30 seconden die ik nodig heb 's ochtends. Ik vergeet altijd dat deze olie helemaal niet tijdrovend is.

Whish Body Butter bevat enkel organische ingrediënten. De body butter maakt je huid zacht, gehydrateerd en de geur blijft langdurig hangen.
Ik moet zeggen, het is allemaal waar. Een zachte en gehydrateerde huid gedurende een hele tijd en de geur blijft echt lang hangen. Ik heb de amandelgeur, en hoewel ik die geur meestal niet erg vind, is het een beetje sterk voor mij in deze body butter. De geur wordt wel wat zachter na een tijdje en dan vind ik het wel heel lekker. Maar net na het gebruik, is het echt te sterk voor mij. Dus ik denk dat ik hem enkel op mijn benen ga gebruiken en niet echt op de bovenste lichaamsdelen.

Although the concept isn't entirely new in Belgium, it is new in Antwerp. Flâneur is a true one-dish-restaurant that serves spaghetti in three quite classic versions: pomodoro for the vegetarians, the classic and then a ragù with a little more meat.

The fastronomy - fast and gastronomy, get it? - concept is like a fast casual trendy version of the spaghetti. You eat quite a simple dish, but put together with the best ingredients and products, in a nice environment. Picture stylish black with gold details and dark wood.
Each spaghetti also comes with a specially selected wine and afterwards you can choose from three desserts: chocolate mousse, tiramisu or crème brûlée with red fruits.

Flâneur is een echt one-dish-restaurant dat spaghetti in drie vrij klassieke versies serveert: pomodoro voor de vegetariërs, de classic en dan een ragù met wat meer vlees.

Het fastronomie - fast en gastronomie, heb je hem? - concept is als een fast casual trendy versie van de spaghetti. Je eet een vrij simpel gerecht, maar in elkaar gestoken met de beste ingrediënten en producten, in een leuke omgeving. Beeld je elegant zwart in met gouden details en donker hout.
Elke spaghetti komt ook met een speciaal geselecteerde wijn en achteraf kun je kiezen van drie desserts: chocolademousse, tiramisu of crème brûlée met rode vruchten.
