ZOELLA BEAUTY

I have been following Zoella for quite a while and really admire her.
So when I heard she was launching her own beauty brand, I had to get my hands on it!

The smell is really amazing, it's fresh, floral and feminine. I am really loving this smell and for me it's a fragrance that can be worn all year round.
Also, take a look at that packaging! The polka dots, the lacey details, it's just so cute.
I also really like using pots instead of tubes for some things. I feel like in tubes a small amount of product always stays stuck, a problem that doesn't occur with pots.

For a first collection, I honestly think this is a real hit.

OPI x GWEN STEFANI

I remember singing my lungs out with Don't Speak from No Doubt and thinking that Gwen Stefani is such an amazing woman. She's not just a singer/songwriter and performer, she also has her own label L.A.M.B. that is amazing. I love her style, the fact that she has kept her private life quite private - did you know she has 3 kids already; Kingston, Zuma and Apollo - and she's just one of those women with a strong image that made herself. Plus, she's pretty as hell!

As the Holiday Season is coming, or according to most of the stores it has already been here since early October, Gwen Stefani and OPI joined forces and created a Holiday Collection.
The collection contains no less than 18 polishes with fancy names as Comet in the Sky, Red Fingers & Mistletoes and Christmas Gone Plaid.
Also, I couldn't not share this with you: the collection has the most luxurious topcoat ever. Don't Speak is the name of this limited edition 18k golden topcoat. I know what I want for Christmas!

Aangezien het feestseizoen er aan komt, of het er volgens de meeste winkels al is sinds begin oktober, sloegen Gwen Stefani en OPI de handen ineen en ontwierpen een Holiday Collection.
De collectie bestaat uit 18 lakjes met fancy namen als Comet in the Sky, Red Fingers & Mistletoes en Christmas Gone Plaid.
Dit kon ik absoluut niet niet delen met jullie: de collectie heeft de meest luxueuze topcoat ooit. Don't Speak is de naam van deze limited edition 18K gouden topcoat. Ik weet wat ik wil voor Kerstmis!

RECIPE⎪PESTO QUICHE

As you may or may not know, I'm a major foodlover! So I decided to share some recipes with you from time to time - from time to time aka if I don't forget to take pictures.

Quiche is the most easy thing to make. For this pesto quiche you will need:

Preheat your oven at 200°C.
First bake the chicken cubes with some chicken seasoning until they are ready.
Then beat your eggs with the cream. Afterwards you mix the pesto with the beaten eggs and cream with a fork.
Season with salt and pepper.
Unroll your puff pastry into a cake pan. You will need a border of about two to three fingers high, otherwise your filling will overflow. Poke some holes with a fork in the pastry to prevent it from being soggy.
Spread your chicken into the form and then pour the egg-cream-pesto mixture over the chicken.
Put the cake pan in the oven until ready, this will take about 30 to 45 minutes. The quiche is ready when the filling isn't runny anymore and the pastry is golden brown.

 I know this doesn't look so tasty, but it really is. You could have prepared this for Halloween as a 'snot quiche'. Maybe next year? ;)
Zoals jullie weten of niet weten, ben ik een echte foodlover! Dus besloot ik af en toe wat recepten met jullie te delen - af en toe aka als ik geen foto's vergeet te maken.

Quiche is een van de gemakkelijkste dingen die je kan maken. Voor deze pesto quiche heb je nodig:

Warm de oven voor op 200°C.
Bak eerst de kippenblokjes op met wat kippenkruiden tot ze gaar zijn.
Klop de eieren op met de room. Daarna mix je de pesto erdoor met behulp van een vork.
Kruid met peper en zout.
Rol je bladerdeeg uit in een taartvorm. Je hebt een rand nodig van twee tot drie vingers hoor, anders zal je vulling overstromen. Prik wat gaatjes met een vork in het deeg om te voorkomen dat deze nat blijft.
Verspreid je kip in de vorm en giet er dan de ei-room-pesto mix over.
Zet de taartvorm in de oven tot de quiche klaar is, dit zal ongeveer 30 tot 45 minuten duren. De quiche is klaar wanneer de vulling niet meer lopend is en het deeg goudbruin is.

 Ik weet dat dit er niet erg smakelijk uitziet, maar het is het echt wel. Je kan dit ook voor Halloween voorbereiden als 'snot quiche'. Volgend jaar misschien? ;)

OUTFIT⎪SEASON MIX

Fall is to me the most annoying season. Why you ask? Because I have no idea what clothes I need to wear! The mornings are cold, but then the sun rises and around noon it's warm enough to walk around without a jacket. So I decided to mix things up by wearing Spring/Summer dress and shoes with a Fall/Winter cardigan and tights to keep my legs warm.
De herfst is voor mij het meest irritante seizoen. Waarom vraag je? Omdat ik geen idee heb welke kleren ik moet dragen! De ochtenden zijn koud, maar dan komt de zon op en rond de middag is het warm genoeg om zonder jas rond te lopen. Ik besloot dus om wat te mixen door lente-/zomerjurkje en -schoenen te dragen met een herfst/winter cardigan en panty's om mijn benen warm te houden.
